Caroline Kempf

OVERVIEW

A successful entrepreneur with more than two decades in marketing, public relations and advertising, Ms. Kempf provides strategic guidance and tactical leadership to the commercial marketing and business development team. In her role, she leads the corporate and product positioning of the company’s security and surveillance solutions.

For the 16 years prior, Ms. Kempf built and led a highly successful niche marketing firm specializing in science and technology clients. Previously, she served as director of communication for DEMACO, an industrial food processing equipment manufacturer which was only one of five in the world to produce multi-million dollar pasta production equipment sold to Nestle, Hersey and Ronzoni. Early in her career she worked for Hill & Knowlton’s San Francisco office on campaigns including the now famous Got Milk series as well as communications surrounding Silicon Valley’s tech IPO launches.

Through her career, Caroline has won numerous honors for her marketing work including Addy, Marcom, Wolda, W3 and Millenium awards. She serves on the board of directors for Club Esteem, a local after-school program for at-risk youth. Previously, she has served on the board of the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast, the Florida Public Relations Association, the Brevard Museum, and the Children’s Home Society. Ms. Kempf  graduated with honors from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations.
