SPECIALITY: Program Management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Doctorate in appropriate field; 3 years experience
Masters in appropriate field; 7 years experience
Bachelors in appropriate field; 10 years experience

DESCRIPTION:
Manage and direct the daily execution of multiple government or commercial security and surveillance product and technology development programs to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals. Develop program execution plans and provide strong leadership for integrated program teams. Provide strong and efficient interface, communication, and coordination with internal and external customers. Participate as a team leader on bid and proposal activities to ensure that the requirements of the request for proposal are met in the preparation and documentation.

The candidate should have proven and extensive successful experience delivering results within complex highly technical programs. A proven track record regarding developing commercial products from concept to manufacturing is essential.

• Engineering and/or technology degree

• Experience with developing requirements, schedule planning, and cost estimation
• Strong leadership skill set and experience

• Ability to track and report program expenses
• Ability to support, develop, and review proposals
• Ability to support contract negotiation
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Experience with scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products
