401(k) Retirement Plan

Through Quantum’s parent company, Geospace Technology supports this popular retirement investment program in which employees have the ability to redirect their investments of 1%-15% of gross pay contributed with pre-tax dollars. Geospace provides a match up to 6%.

Paid Time Off and Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO): Covers vacation, sickness and personal time; eligible after six months and determined by length of service.
Holidays: Ten paid holidays per year.
