The Vision of QTSI is simple and focused: We aspire to become the premier collector and exploiter of technical scientific signatures, while remaining an outstanding place to work.
To achieve our vision, we have assembled an excellent, vertically integrated team of professional scientists, engineers, and technical staff. Together, they deliver a formidable integration of scientific understanding, analysis expertise, systems know-how, and software engineering, focused on complex geophysical, technical, operational, and data science opportunities. The QTSI team continually identifies and analyzes the science required to respond to customer requirements and rapidly engineers practical solutions.
QTSI has a guiding philosophy of “Requirements, Relationships, Results.” The most important thing is to understand, and then perform to, our customers' Requirements. Active, enduring Relationships follow from this, fostering customer trust and continuing customer engagement. Performing well against the requirements of customers with whom we have strong relationships helps us successfully deliver Results, which are in many cases mission-critical.
And that is the bottom line. QTSI strongly believes that if we value and stay focused on Requirements, Relationships, and Results, that company revenue will take care of itself.
