We turn theory into practice
QTSI is a scientific, advanced technology company. Its diverse, vertically integrated staff represent expert skill sets spanning the signal processing chain, from the theoretical physics, statistics, and sources of input data through processing, analysis, and conversion to actionable information.
Most of our team members have academic credentials at least at the Bachelor’s level, with a significant number having advanced technical degrees. QTSI has few managers. All who manage have technical backgrounds and were nearly all promoted from within. We, as employee owners, are fanatic about maintaining our corporate culture.
QTSI is not a “do the same thing every day” company. Its projects are numerous and diverse, and include applied research, product development, and system operations & maintenance. Project leadership and execution to meet customer requirements and to enhance customer relationships are central to our success.
U.S. citizenship is a requirement for employment at QTSI.
