Systems Engineering and Integration
A central strength of QTSI is systems and software engineering. In a typical application, a constant stream of collected input data must be collated, stored, analyzed, and distributed. Actionable results must be reported in a timely, useful manner. All data must be archived in a readily accessible format. The system supporting these activities must be operational on a 24/7 basis, and its performance and capabilities monitored and continuously improved. QTSI has proven performance as a total systems integrator for mission-critical data systems. We understand and practice formal spiral development. The system may be worldwide, with multi-source data, it may be local, for covert area monitoring or facility characterization, or it may be to support data mining activities for commercial or intelligence applications.
A thorough understanding of the physics or other underlying mechanisms for a system’s input data, in concert with QTSI expertise in software, analysis, and systems engineering enable our highly regarded system research, design, development, implementation, operations, optimization, and maintenance performance. We currently serve as the prime contractor with Total Systems Integration Responsibility (TSIR) for the United States National Data Center, Patrick AFB, Florida.
