Our Environment
An atmosphere for accomplishment. At work, QTSI balances a relaxed, informal atmosphere with the professional discipline required for success. Leadership personnel are accessible to all QTSI team members. QTSI's strategic plan is communicated to and reviewed with the entire company on a regular basis.
Technical Leadership. QTSI is not a company managed by businessmen. A full 95 percent of our employees have a technical background, from new staff through the President and the Chairman of the Board. This shared background helps us deliver technical leadership and vision to our customers.
Continuous Forward Progress. Analysis paralysis is not found at QTSI. Team members have a relentless sense of urgency. Decisions never languish as we strive to meet and exceed customer requirements.

Family Friendly. A defining characteristic of QTSI is that we are a very “family-friendly” company. As employee owners, we all know there is much work to be done, yet senior management recognizes that family considerations are paramount. This culture permeates the company, and all employees know that QTSI will support their needs to resolve family issues while not compromising the quality or quantity of company output.
Great location. QTSI’s Cocoa Beach location is in the heart of the subtropical Space Coast region of Florida. The company facilities are adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean, overlooking the ocean to the east, the picturesque Banana river to the west, and Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center to the north. We are serviced by both the Orlando International Airport and the Melbourne Regional Airport.
Surrounded by high technology. The Space Coast region of Florida is a high technology area, with many of the best schools in the state and ready access to the University of Central Florida and the Florida Institute of Technology. Sunshine, water sports, warm summers, mild winters, rocket launches, and outdoor activities abound. Our location is close, but not too close, to Orlando and its many attractions, and to other large cities, such as Miami and Jacksonville.
