QTSI prides itself on its agile and creative ability to tailor processes to customer, mission, and contractual needs. We also insist upon performance transparency and customer interaction. We believe this so strongly that each customer is given access to our intranet program management system. It includes extensive program documentation (plans and procedures), deliverable libraries, action item tracking, software and hardware development folders, and shared calendars. And it is busy. On one of our larger efforts, we average more than one formal delivery per day. Every day.
Our fervent belief in requirements manifests itself in a formal requirements management ability which is also available to our customers via a web interface. From requirements to specs to test plans and procedures, all aspects of QTSI programs are traceable and integrated.
