Project Control

Government contracting can range from the simple to the complex. Our corporate infrastructure for supporting all contracts is second to none. Not only is there employee access, but restricted customer and subcontractor access to varied capabilities from extensive documentation and deliverable libraries, to the tracking of all action items, to software development folders, to shared calendars.

 

Further, our electronic timesheet approval and endorsement system allows our complete Earned Value Management System to track all cost and schedule elements on a weekly basis. This same information is available to all of our customers via a graphical web interface that allows the generation of a number of reports at the push of a button.

 

 

Complementing this easy access to timely programmatic data and results are an array of communications meetings with management and across projects, and the support of the Project Office, which monitors the QTSI program portfolio metrics for opportunities and risks. The Project Office also provides program planning, management skills, and technical reach back to ensure that our leaders have the support they need to maintain technical excellence and fiscally sound programs.
