QTSI pays the full cost for employee insurance benefit coverage. Employees are eligible for coverage on the 1st day of the month following the start of employment.

 

Employee Stock Ownership Plan

 

QTSI rewards its employees for their hard work and loyalty through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. This is the mechanism used to transfer company ownership to our employees. Employee owners can share in the success of QTSI without investing their own money.

 

 

 

 

401(k) Retirement Plan with Match

 

QTSI supports this popular retirement investment program by providing matching funds. Vesting of employer contributions begins in an employee's second year, and employees have the ability to redirect their investments of 1%-15% of gross pay contributed with pre-tax dollars.

 

Paid Leave and Holidays

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Covers vacation, sickness and personal time; eligible after six months and determined by length of service.

  • Holidays: Ten paid holidays per year. Four of the ten are "flexible" and may be taken at more convenient times for the employee.

Career Development and Tuition Reimbursement Programs

 

Through mentorship and collaborative support with leadership personnel, as well as on-line, in-house and on-site training programs, QTSI recognizes the importance of and is dedicated to the continued training and professional development of its employees.

 

Regular, full-time employees may be eligible for reimbursement of tuition fees (including books and applicable fees) for pertinent courses, up to $1000 per year.
